The Mitzvah Project: Help us make a difference.

12/18/2023

“… Nothing we could do here at school could possibly match the power and impact of The Mitzvah Project… Our students walked out of the presentation with a deeper understanding of the Holocaust and its important lessons.”

Dear Roger,

I hope you are well.

I am so proud to have brought The Mitzvah Project’s 2023 program year to an end with our presentations at Taunton High School, just outside of Boston. In his first two performances as a Mitzvah Project Teaching Artist, Victor Talmadge (pictured above and below) touched the hearts and minds of 1,000 young people.

In this season of gratitude, I extend my thanks to you and to each and every friend of The Mitzvah Project who has supported and joined us in this critical mission to share the knowledge and lessons of the Holocaust and build the empathy and tolerance that young people need as they grow into citizens of our country and of the world.

***

Please consider a year end donation to extend our impact into 2024 and beyond.

I take so much inspiration from the talent and passion of our teaching artists, the courage of the educators who bring us into their schools and from our student audiences who learn and respond in such deeply human ways.

Thank you for your commitment to our work.

Happy Holidays and best wishes for a fulfilling and safe New Year!

*** P.S.  We’re looking to increase our reach by 100% over the next two years, so please consider a multi-year gift.

Matching gifts from your employer will also increase our impact.
